Privacy
fromSpec is in early access. This is a short, honest account of what we collect and what we do with it. It will grow more formal as the product does.
What we collect
If you request early access, we collect your email address. That's the only personal detail we ask for up front. If you write to us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply.
How we use it
We use your email for one thing: to contact you about access to fromSpec and the occasional update about the product. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the people running fromSpec. You can leave at any time. Reply to any email and ask us to remove you, and we will delete your address.
Your LLM keys
fromSpec is bring-your-own-key. You supply your own provider credentials (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and they are encrypted at rest. We never see your model traffic, and we don't proxy, log, or train on the content you generate. Your prompts, specs, and code move between you and your chosen provider on your own keys.
Changes
As fromSpec leaves early access, this page will be replaced with a fuller privacy policy. If that change affects how we handle data you've already given us, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
